Tinted Markets Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tinted Markets! We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a [15]-day return policy, which means you have [15] days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, or unused).

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review the exceptions below:

  • Final Sale: Items purchased on clearance or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Perishable & Personal Goods: [Modify as needed] We do not accept returns for perishable goods (like food or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or personal care goods (like beauty products or swimwear).

  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.

Note on Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at quicksniper91199119@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can use our self-service returns portal or contact us directly:

  1. Request: Email us at quicksniper91199119@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. (Alternatively: Log into your customer account, navigate to your order, and select "Request Return".)

  2. Label: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship: Pack the items securely and attach the provided label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • [Option A - Free Returns]: We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.

  • [Option B - Customer Paid]: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
